Hotel «AlexanderPlatz» welcomed its first guests in 2006. This modern, five-storey building, complete with elevator and in-house restaurant , is located on a quiet back street near Ligovsky Prospect, within 5 minutes’ walking distance of Obvodny Canal metro station.
The name of the hotel chosen by no coincidence, traces its roots back to 19th Century Berlin. The hotel was named in honor of the square by the same name found in Berlin – AlexanderPlatz– which in turn was named in honor of the Russian Emperor Alexander I.
The distinguishing feature of the hotel is the availability of saunas in deluxe rooms, as well as the sauna found on a separate floor for all hotel guests.
